A unique gas-electric hybrid blowback system powers this wonderful MP5K PDW from MGC. Four AA batteries get installed in the gun, concealed in the upper cocking tube, while the magazine is filled with gas as you would any modern pistol magazine. The electric drive system operates the blowback bolt, striking the valve on the magazine and firing the bb downrange.

As the gas is only used to fire BBs and not operate the blowback system, the gun is very gas efficient and you can use high pressure gasses without fear of damage to the internals. Likewise, since the electric drive system is only used to operate the bolt, ROF and blowback are quite nice using only 6 volts. This gun really embodies the best of both worlds with none of the drawbacks.

Loads of other great features too… The PDW folding stock is made of metal with HK trademarks on it, and the metal muzzle has threads to equip a silencer.

Also included in this package will be the shorter stock barrel so you can use the gun without the silencer, and an MP5KA4 rear end cap so you can take the stock off and turn the gun into a standard MP5K.

Displayed but never skirmished with. Slight marks on the receiver where a scope mount had been attached but otherwise excellent.
